Our student-curated series of guest lectures returns this week, featuring live in-person sessions for the first time in two years.
This year’s student team, led by Sara Nogueira Perez and Adam Powell, have put together a fantastic range of speakers covering topics designed to appeal to all our undergraduate and postgraduate students. Notable new talks come from Rob Waller on information design, Malcolm Garrett on his iconic record sleeves, and Marie Boulanger covering her research on gendered letterforms.
Although aimed at our current students, guests are more than welcome to join us in Reading for the in-person events, or to connect remotely for events that are held online only. Our schedule will tell you which is which. If you’re travelling a long way, do let us know via typography@reading.ac.uk, so that we can keep you posted on any last-minute changes.
See our Baseline shift page for full details.
