How to scan documents using the scanner
1. Plug the scanner into a power outlet and switch it on using the switch on the side, towards the back of the scanner (see photo 1).

2. Connect your laptop to the scanner via the USB-C cable attached to scanner (see photo 2).

3. To add the scanner device to your laptop, search Printers & Scanners on your laptop and press Add Printer, Scanner or Fax (Mac) or Add device (Windows). ‘V600 Scanner’ should appear, enabling you to add this to your laptop (see photo 3).

4. Open the scanner and place the document to be scanned, facing downwards on the glass.
5. Open the ‘V600 Scanner’ from your laptop and press Scan (If you are having problems, you may need to download a driver for the Epson V600 Photo scanner; visit https://epson.com/Support/Scanners/Perfection-Series/Epson-Perfection-V600- Photo/s/SPT_B11B198011?review-filter=macOS+10.15.x)
6. When finished, switch the scanner off and put it back to its original place. Tidy up any other materials or tools you have also used.
