Our FAB Lab (Fabrication lab) is located in the T3 studio to aid students in design projects.


Before using any of the machines
, you must attend an induction and read the guidance pages below (and also accessible via QR codes on the machines).

Examples of work using the FAB Lab

Using the Cricut maker, a stencil was cut to be used for embossing the decorative frame (TY2ED module, by Clara Tsang)
Using the toner foiler, clear foil was used for the background type elements of the front cover (TY2ED module, by Jasmine Sheppard)
Using the toner foiler, white foil was used to enhance the magazine’s title (TY3PP, by Jasmine Sheppard)
Using the Cricut maker, letter stencils were cut out to use to emboss the book title (TY2DP module, by Clara Tsang)
